DynaFile offers the capability to securely receive documents from external customers or partners directly into the system. This public upload screen, like the rest of the application, can be "skinned" to match the look and feel of your own corporate identity.

  1. External individuals can go to a publicly accessible site where they don't need to login, but all transmissions are secured via SSL.
  2. The customer or partner simply fills in the required information, selecting the office or department that they want to send the file to and then selects a file to upload.
  3. The file is then placed within the drop box unique to each office or department (just like a secretary's inbox) and the office administrator is notified about the document. From there, users are able to view and register the document into the system.
