Document search results are logically presented in a simple grid format where users can sort and reorganize documents by any indexing value.  All of your documents, regardless of type (scanned paper, Word, Excel, email messages, etc.), are stored in one single location.

Any document can be selected and users will be offered straight forward options that they can do on the document, based upon their security levels, such as editing, distributing, or commenting.

Once selected, many documents can be directly previewed within the browser for ease in selecting or viewing specific pages or ensuring the proper document is retrieved.
