Web Services Toolkit

Understanding that document management might only be one aspect of a robust enterprise content and data management initiative, we realize that you might want to integrate the functionality available within DynaFile™ with another existing ERP, CRM or accounting system.  For this reason, we offer the DynaFile™ Web Services Toolkit.  This toolkit exposes all of the robust functionality of DynaFile™ through a set of web services.  With these services, you can:

• Search for, retrieve and manage any documents in the system
• Add, update and delete users or groups or modify access for those users
• Offer single sign-on capabilities so users don’t need remember multiple passwords
• Integrate specific widgets (such as the document listing panel) directly in any portal system such as an intranet or SharePoint site
• Dynamically populate search criteria and display preferences with query string encoding
• Link disparate data between a backend database and the DynaFile™ index fields, eliminating redundant data entry when adding documents
