Thumbnail Preview
Speed of retrieval is of utmost important when accessing an electronic document management system.
Because of this, DynaFile™ offers the capability to preview certain documents before retrieving them*.
By offering this capability users have the ability to:
- Optimize bandwidth utilization for document retrieval
- Preview an entire document before downloading the full resolution
- Select only specific pages of a document to download
- Email or fax out only specified pages
The thumbnail capability offers users a simple and efficient mechanism to quickly find the specific document
they are looking for or isolate only the specific pages in document that are relevant to their needs,
all through a simple browser based interface.
* Currently, only TIFF documents (document that have been scanned into the system), PDF files that have been converted to TIFF documents through the application or files that have been printed via the Print To DynaFile application are able to be previewed and display thumbnail images.
