One of the biggest issues individuals have when migrating to a paperless office is the fear of giving up control when working on documents, like not being able to easily annotate, markup or reorganize pages.  DynaFile™ has a unique feature that returns this control to the user.  It is called Paperless Press which gives the user complete freedom over creating document comments and annotations and modifying the document structure.  With Paperless Press, the user can:

  • Create annotations which “float” above the document and do not modify its original content
  • Add highlighting, checkmarks and directional arrows to documents
  • Add customized stamps (like Draft and Confidential) to documents
  • Create "sticky notes" that are attached to any page of a document
  • Mark the annotations as visible to the public, or only for internal viewing
  • Rotate, copy or delete any pages in the document
  • Merge multiple documents into a new document

Paperless Press is designed to provide the user with the same comfort of working with any document as if it were in paper format in front of them.
